Some friends came to us after buying their first home in the Inner West of Sydney.

After their purchase they had limited funds to renovate the property. Over a few short meetings we devised a strategy for making the terrace livable without building additional floor space.

Building within the existing footprint meant the budget could be focused on minor internal changes, finishes, and custom furniture. This approach also avoided the need for a DA application, allowing work to start right away. To make the most of the limited space, we design multi-functional custom furniture, including booth seating and lounging platforms that connect directly to the outdoor areas.
